My Story
Trina is an international master in energy healing. She works with
people who are already on a spiritual path and awakening. Through
intuitive gifts she was put on the path of energy healing and worked
with many energy modalities and energetic codes.
She began her journey here on Earth through the darkest times + it
nearly broke her. Life was very grim as she went through hell + back,
with multiple suicide attempts, unimaginable suffering, anguish and
torment. On the brink of extinction, her Soul sparked and she would
eventually overcome from the ptsd, addiction, self mutilation, and
deep traumas. It's been a life's requirement for her to heal if there was
any life to be salvaged at all. Today she lives an awakened life as an
empath with a clear purpose.
Having to overcome such deep traumas meant she was embodying
energy codes, which she realized that the "healing work" is the ability
to transmute certain frequencies through the body. A lifetime of
healing and dedicating her life to this work has enabled her to be able to
run the energetic frequencies needed to embody her Soul's blueprint.
This allows her to work and ground different energy codes into others
that are of a Soul level vibration. Her energy healing helps you to
embody your own Soul's frequencies. In this state of being. Spiritual
gifts are activated, a deeper knowing of your self awakened, and
returning to our natural state of Unconditional Love can be achieved.

My Mission
I had a life that was riddled with trauma, I was constantly influenced by my past. I also lived a life with extraordinary spiritual abilities. This led to a life of struggle, confusion + left me questing for answers, hoping to make sense of me. I really wanted to be happy. Normal. I was inspired to learn + grow. I tried several traditional routes of healing. But despite my best efforts, I still found myself drowning in my past + perplexed by my different outlook on life. That is until I came across alternative methods of healing. Things that were outside of the box, that were rooted in fields of science but not yet widely accepted seemed to be working. I was healing.
Once I was trauma-free, disciplined + master of my energy + spiritual gifts, I realized that the methods I used could help others profoundly. People who wanted to live free from their trauma, their past, their limiting beliefs. So I made it my mission, to help as many people as possible create healing habits + a better life for themselves + their families. I created programs, teach healing, doing 1:1 sessions + I help women connect into themselves spiritually, powerfully, deeply remembering their wholeness. I know how scary it can be facing yourself, your past, your future + prioritizing you. You are worthy. There is more to you, I speak the language of the Soul + I will walk with you + guide you until you speak the language of your Soul too. It is your birth right.
